Use case / Workout timer

One timer for the whole workout.

A workout can include a 30-second interval, 12 squats, a rest and a plank. CrazyFit guides the full sequence, instead of asking you to switch tools each time the measurement changes.

The need

Your workout uses more than a stopwatch.

A basic countdown handles one interval. It does not describe the whole session when some exercises use reps, others use time, and breaks have their own duration. Set up that structure once, then follow each step as you train.

A practical workflow

A mixed workout, step by step

For a short home session, you could put these steps in one ordered workout:

  1. March in place — 30 seconds
  2. Squats — 12 reps
  3. Rest — 15 seconds
  4. Wall push-ups — 10 reps
  5. Plank — 30 seconds

In the app

See the current step clearly.

The Simple Player shows the exercise you are doing, its timer or repetition target, and the controls to move through the session. The workout can continue in the background when you switch to music; Android device settings may affect background behavior.
