Use case / Workout tracker

See what changed from session to session.

Finishing a workout is only one part of progress. CrazyFit lets you review what you did, follow exercise results over time and work toward weekly goals.

The need

A completed-workout count tells only part of the story.

To understand progress, it helps to see both consistency and performance. A history of sessions shows when you trained; exercise results and personal records show how individual movements developed.

A practical workflow

Follow a useful progress loop

After a session, use the results to decide what to do next:

  1. Finish and review the workout you actually performed
  2. Look at workout time, exercise results and personal records
  3. Check consistency against a weekly goal or streak
  4. Adjust the next workout based on what you learned

In the app

Use the statistics and goal screens.

CrazyFit shows training statistics and progress views alongside workout history. Goals add a weekly target, while personal records make improvements in individual exercises easier to spot.
